Shabab leads the operational delivery of Hiredesk from Pakistan. He oversees team management, recruitment, training, systems and the day-to-day delivery of all client work — ensuring everything is completed to a consistently high standard, every single time. A serial entrepreneur with extensive experience building and operating multiple businesses, Shabab has successfully run large-scale operations in the UK — including managing a significant portfolio of convenience stores and property interests across the country.
RASOOL — UK Managing Partner

Rasool leads all client relationships, onboarding and commercial strategy across the UK. She works directly with every client to understand how their business operates, identify where support is needed and design a Hiredesk solution that genuinely fits. With over 20 years of experience in senior commercial and operational roles across the UK, Asia and the Middle East, Rasool has built and led high-performing teams, developed growth strategies and helped businesses scale across multiple international markets.
